Every project starts with a discovery meeting where we go over the specific needs and goals of your business. From there you will receive a proposal that breaks down all deliverables, a timeline, and pricing for you to approve. Once approved you’ll receive a contract to sign and the next phase begins!

What to expect:

Development

In this step we’ll begin the building the project. Starting with collecting any content necessary for your site. This includes any images, icons, copy (text), and anything else necessary to build your site. From there, you’ll get mockups of your site pages for you to review and approve. Using those mockups the site is built and add any functionality like contact forms or payment gateways.

What to expect:

What to expect:

Before we launch your site everything is tested to make sure it’s all working as intended. If applicable, you’ll be provided with training on how to use your new site, this training may be live or through training materials (video/documents) depending on what was agreed upon in the contract.

If you signed up for a maintenance plan we’ll go over exactly what is covered by your tier.

The time to build a site depends on the size, functionality, features and content needed. Typically a WordPress site can take 1 – 4 weeks. A complex site can take 6 weeks or more. Our quotes will always come with an estimated completion time. 

We specialize in creating responsive sites with WordPress and are proficient in HTML & CSS. We do not support sites built using other technologies. However, we can rebuild your existing site with WordPress and maintain it afterwards!

The cost of a website greatly depends on the size, features, and functionality of the site. It’s important you give as much information about your site’s needs so we can give you an accurate quote.

Absolutely! We can start from scratch or use your current site as a template to how we rebuild your new WordPress site. Keep in mind certain functions or tasks you are used to doing will likely look different but we’ll provide you with any training needed!

Of course! We offer monthly maintenance packages that include software updates, user a management, reports and development hours so you can make changes to your site if needed.
