Tiny Scholars Academy

Tiny Scholars is a daycare business built on nurturing young minds in a safe, structured environment. As a growing childcare provider, they needed a website that could clearly communicate their programs to prospective parents while giving staff an easy way to manage day-to-day content — without relying on a developer for every update.

The Build

This site was built on Elementor Pro, giving the client a polished, fully responsive design without sacrificing flexibility for future changes.

To support the daycare’s real operational needs, we went beyond a standard brochure site and built several custom post types (CPTs):

• Team Members — individual staff profiles that can be added, edited, or removed as the team grows
• Curriculum — structured content for each program or age group, easy to update as offerings change
• Parent Downloads — a self-service library for forms, handbooks, and other documents parents need to access

Rather than handing over a static site, we built Tiny Scholars a self-managed content system: the client can log in and update team bios, curriculum details, and downloadable files on their own, anytime, with no developer needed for routine changes.

A fast, professional website that grows with the business — and puts control back in the client’s hands.

“I cannot say enough great things about Dana! If you are on the fence about hiring him don’t hesitate, just do it!

I had tried building my own website and quickly realized it was NOT as easy as I thought it would be. I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to turn. That’s when I found Dana, and honestly it was the best decision I made for my business.

From the very start, he made the entire process effortless. All I had to do was share my vision with him — and he took it from there. Every. Single. Thing. He handled it all with such professionalism, creativity, and care. I literally did nothing except dream it, and he built it.

The end result? A beautiful website for my daycare, Tiny Scholars, that looks exactly like what I imagined — actually even better than I could have imagined! 🙌

Dana is not just talented, he is a true pleasure to work with. Patient, communicative, and dedicated to bringing YOUR vision to life. If you need a website, look no further. Dana is your guy! 💙

Thank you Dana for everything — Tiny Scholars would not have its online home without you! 🌟”
